Janie has lived in Jackson, since 1979. She attended Belhaven and MSU, and graduated from UMMC School of Nursing.  She is a member of the Central Mississippi Realtor’s Association and The National Association of Realtors.

   She and her husband, Stuart, have lived in Belhaven and Fondren all their adult years. After working as a nurse for several years at area hospitals, she spent many years raising and home schooling her six children, helping found a school, and working part-time at First Presbyterian Church. 

   With an empty nest on the horizon, Janie decided to pursue a life long passion in real estate.  She has always loved touring homes of all types and is particularly intrigued by the history, architecture and character of older homes. It has been her dream to be able to take this love a step further and help others find just the right home for them. She is excited to be able to turn her dream and yours into reality, while working with the great team at NeighborHouse.
