Memphis native and Ole Miss Alum, Dallis found himself in getting into the real estate industry at what seemed like a great time in 2005.  He had set out to pursue a career in medicine, and while he was in college, Dallis worked as a paramedic before realizing it wasn’t the lifestyle he wanted for himself. Wrapping up a degree in Sociology Dallis became enthralled with why and how people groups systematically move from place to place.  With tenacity Dallis moved to Jackson, where he saw an enormous opportunity to enter the world of real estate.

Trying his hand, rather successfully, at the business of selling investment properties, an endeavor that steadily grew into asset acquisition and portfolio management.  Even through the recession of 2008 Dallis cut his teeth buying and selling houses he owned right here in the streets of Jackson.  This still continues today, giving Dallis a keen eye for opportunities and pitfalls, not simply because he passed a test, and has a license, but because he has owned assets across town and made and lost money on the same streets his clients have and do.  Founded in 2011 with his business partner Walt Wofford, Dallis serves as principal broker of NeighborHouse, and the sister management company, JXN Housing LLC (found here on the web at www.jxnhousing.com) where he manages rental homes all over the tri-county area.  Dallis has a deep love for representing NeighborHouse clients all across tri-county area helping them buy and sell.

Dallis and his wife Christy live in the Belhaven neighborhood of Jackson with their three children. He serves as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Jackson and enjoys giving back to his community by building mountain bike and running trails (https://linktr.ee/belhavenmtnbike), riding his gravel bike & mountain bike, ultra-marathon'ing, snow-skiing vacations with his family, teaching Sunday school, extending hospitality, spending time with his family, and slow smoking tasty things to eat on the Big Green Egg.
