At NeighborHouse we commonly say “Here, we represent people, we do not represent transactions.” We firmly believe that “How we do this matters.” NeighborHouse is a locally owned, community-oriented, full service real estate brokerage founded here in Jackson in 2011 by two real estate entrepreneurs Walt Wofford, Jr. and Dallis Ketchum. With experience in buying to fix and flip, buying to hold long term single family residential rental portfolios, managing rental properties for investor/owners all over the world, Dallis and Walt have been working in the Jackson market since the mid 2000’s. Built on principals of sound market knowledge, firm ethical standards, and a true love for the opportunities that real estate brings to consumers and investors, both Walt and Dallis work to instill into NeighborHouse a joy of serving others in the work of representing buyers and sellers here in the local greater Jackson area.
